SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We know you want your slime ASAP, and we don't blame you! How quickly your slime will arrives depends on where you're located. Take the following into consideration if you need your slime to arrive in time for a specific occasion! 🕗 

For orders in the US with Ground Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive 3-7 business days after it's shipped. For orders in the US with FedEx Express, you can expect your order to arrive 2-3 business days after it's shipped.

For orders in the UK, you can expect your order to arrive 2-4 weeks after it's shipped.

For international orders outside the UK, you can expect your order to arrive 4-6 weeks after it's shipped.

We want you to know where your order is! Once your label is created, we'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can watch it all the way up to your doorstep 🏠

Yes, we do! Depending on location, international packages can take between 2-6 weeks to arrive once shipped. We suggest you take this into consideration if you're ordering for a specific occasion! 🕗


For orders in the UK, you can expect your order to arrive 2-4 weeks after it's shipped.

Was your order marked as delivered but it's missing? Sometimes the carrier can prematurely mark an order as delivered, or incorrectly deliver the package to neighboring homes. We recommend checking in with your (neighbors, reception of your complex, or local post office), in case of a mis-delivery.  

- Search your nearby surroundings 🌳 

- Contact any neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake 🕵️ 

- Double-check your delivery address to the one on your order confirmation 🏡  

If you are unable to receive your package within 72 hours of delivery notice, please reach out to us here!


ORDERS

Same-day cancellations may be permitted as long as your order has not been packed yet - if you need to cancel an order please reach out to us ASAP here!

*We recommend double-checking before placing your order - If your order is already on it's way 🚚  to fulfillment or in the hands of the carrier, we're unable to cancel it. 

If you need to change your address, please reach out to us ASAP here!

In some cases, we may be able to make same-day address/order changes as long as the order has not been fulfilled - if you need to edit an order please reach out to us ASAP here!

*We recommend double-checking before requesting a change - If your order is already packed, we're unable to edit it. So sorry about this!  

While you can order for any occasion in advance, we recommend ordering within 2-5 weeks from your intended gift-giving date for the best slime experience.  

Slime is made using a temporary chemical reaction - All this means is that your slime may need a little TLC after 5 weeks!

- Utilizing activator as directed 
- Keeping slime stored upright, sealed in their jars (or another airtight container), in a cool, dry space while not in use 
- “Mop up” any little bits of slime or fallout you see after each use.

At the moment, we do not currently offer gift cards/certificates directly from the website. However, if you're looking to give a gift, we are able to accept Visa gift cards!  

Otherwise you can order a special gift in advance 💕 - We recommend ordering within 2-5 weeks from your intended gift-giving date for the best slime experience!

SLIME CARE & QUESTIONS

Do NOT attempt to eat slime 🙅‍♀️ We know it may appear yummy... but slime is not edible

Don't worry! Sticky slime will happen over time or in extreme weather - this is completely normal and fixable. Slime naturally 'deactivates' over time, especially when exposed to higher temperatures. Here’s how you can reactivate your slime as the Ultimate Slime Doctor:  

- Spray the slime with the Activator Pen included in your package 
- Stir until the liquid is mixed thoroughly, breaking up any potential chunks of activator! 
- Test the slime!

Don’t worry! Hard slime is usually caused by ‘over-activating’ the slime (aka using too much activator). This situation will naturally resolve itself over time.  

You can let the slime resolve on its own, or if you want to speed up the process, you can go full Slime Doctor – Knead in a bit of warm water, hair gel, hand sanitizer, or vegetable glycerin to soften it up faster!
